Silent Auction Feeding Frenzy

We started out the day with grand expectations and had front row seats to the silent auction showdowns! Silent Auctions are great and they tend to raise a great deal of money for charities or scholarship funds. This past weekend we did the Deep in the Arts of Texas show; hosted by the Randolph Officer’s Spouse Club (ROSC). All proceeds from this show, including the silent auction go towards their scholarship funds and charities around the base and surrounding city.

It never fails that there are usually quite a few items that gather a large crowds of bidders…in this case, both my mother-in-law’s piece and mine gathered ‘feeding frenzy bidding’ in the last seconds between several bidders. Our long time client and friend Sharon got ‘down and handy’ with that pen and won both our auction items! Thanks to Sharon and everyone else for coming out to support such a great event!
